Server Disconnect

I am still having the server disconnect issue for months now, I sent tickets to you guys and nothing is fixed yet I cant even play the game. Every time I get to the character screen and try to go in-game it pops up and sends me to the login screen. Why is this the only game that does this what are you guys doing with the hard earned money people put in this game? Its the reason why I haven't put any money in the game since the move from Nexon, this one little problem I have been patient and waiting but still nothing, this should have been fixed months ago, this isn't a rage discussion by all means, but come on I would love to support this game just fix that issue at least thank you!

P.S. I am pretty sure others are having this issue or had, correct me if i'm wrong.

    100% others are having this issue! Like you said this is the ONLY game that does this. I have put money into this game too mate and sometimes i cant even play it.  The only thing i get from support is "oh it can be many factors blah blah".  When the only factor that is at fault here is papaya...

    ****This is the ONLY game ive EVER  EVER had this issue with and i have played many.***
