hey srry if i have some mistakes because my english is not that good,

there is alot of players that were out of town maybe or in military and they played warrock in the past gamerfirst,nexon and they didn't migrate their accounts by time because alot of players didn't get emailed about what's happening i mean i didn't get email that nexon is moving to papaya play and i  need to migrate my acc asap 

many people didn't know about this transfer and they paid alot of money in their accounts and they have no chance to get their account back ,

i have a suggestions that i really think you should think about

maybe give a chance to those players who didn't migrate their accounts in time
to migrate
 
give 1 week to all players to migrate their account in the last time and have them emailed or just send them a messege in forum this guy who wrote this was "mikerudere" and i believe many more people are like him that they lost their account .

maybe think about that i think many players could have second chance and thats not something that will do achange to the game its just something that will help people and the money they wasted on this game.

please think about it im my case me and my big brother lost our accounts that we spent alot of money on them and alot of effort on their level,k.d and general please answer back and tell us what you could do about that

    Dear flameZzZz , 

    I am very sorry to hear about this, however, as already mentioned in the quoted forum post, the migration service ended on August 16th, and any data that was not transferred by the due date is permanently lost. With that said, there is unfortunately no way for us to restore any of that data. 
    We very much regret this inconvenience.
