Questions on migration from OGP

Hello Papayaplay :)

First, please forgive me if it seems I am jumping the gun but we were told everything was going smoothly by OGP and they were looking forward to hearing our suggestions and continuing to host and improve the game, and out of the blue the server is being shut down and we have less than 5 days to get our stuff in order.  5 Days may seem like plenty of time but I work full time and have other responsibilities.  I am a long time player of UWO since it was on Netmarble and have a few characters, a lot of inventory, stuff to pull out of the Astro shop, and Astros to spend before they disappear.  If somebody could just field a few simple questions I think it would go a long way to alleviate a lot of worry among our veteran community...

1.  Will you be transferring all existing characters as is?  (no wipe of characters or progress)

2.  Will you continue the existing policy of allowing us to have multiple accounts (within reason of course)?

OGP had a limit of only logging in 3 accounts at the same time per IP which we were all comfortable with, but really had no limits on how many accounts we could create.  The game of UWO itself has limits built in on how many skills a character can have (one character can not have all skills necessary for all elements of the game) so most of us have separate characters for battle, adventure, and another for crafting and trade.  And it makes sense to create these characters on different accounts so they could exchange items and ducats with each other.  And being that we never had any restrictions on account creation most people have a "storage alt" or two as well.

3. I guess just any general info on what will be transferred... for example will our "Shared Storage" be safe or should we pull everything out into regular inventory?  Ships in "Dock"? Skills in "Skill Notes" etc.?

Any kind of statement regarding exactly how the transfer will go down and any policies that may be different than what we have been accustomed to would be greatly appreciated.

Looking forward to your hosting the game and very glad to hear you will be continuing with our expansion content.  Thank you for taking the time to read this and thank you for picking up our beloved UWO :)

You brought up another way in which this game was broken, thanks for that. A game populated with nothing but alts, turns a seemingly populated world of 500 players, into a desolate wasteland of less than 200. A world where players exist in their own little microcosmic bubbles and have no reason or need to group, explore and form companies with others - why pay another player a few million for a nice ship, if you can just swap out to your alt and build one yourself?

It's a factor that completely destroyed the economy in the last go-round of this game built around global economy and trade, and I hope to Christ it's not allowed or repeated this time!
