Migration of accounts and character data

Hi, I am currently on the OGP version of UWO. As the new support company, will Papaya Play be committed to ensuring the safe and seamless migration of existing UWO characters and player accounts, or is everyone expected to start from the beginning? There has been much speculation on this in game and as the new company I hope we can be given some guidance concerning this. Thanks in advance.
