PLEASE announce if 100% of our character data will transfer

[CA]CadillacShrimpin here, excited about the transition from OGPlanet to Papaya Play! I came here specifically to request some information. 

There's a lot of concern from our player base about character data not transferring over from OGPlanet. UWO is an extremely deep game that takes a long time to progress in. It can take years to acquire some ships, max some skills/levels, etc. Some players have spent thousands or IRL cash on the game as well. Failure to transfer EVERYTHING will result in a vast majority of the players quitting the game, and the game will effectively be dead from day 1.

Can you confirm if 100% of that data will transfer over to the new host? If not, what will and will not transfer?
