Idk if it was clarified or whatever but sadly i can't accept my prizes.

Idk if its a time thing but I guess I'm too late? I wanted to know if i am or it isnt just working for me.

    Good luck.
    I was online every single day and they didn't even count it.
    I've completed every day of Attendance event so far.
    I'm there 11-13 hours per day 6 days per week.
    Level 205 so I should have had A+.
    I've contacted HelpDesk and absolutely zero response back.

    Papaya started out so promising and already I'm now starting to see signs.

    Have you tried disabling Adblockers or using a different browser?
    Not sure if it's possible to do it now since the Backpack says it's closed now. o:

    The event period is over so unfortunately you won't be able to claim any prizes as they are no longer able to be claimed.

    According to the GMs you were contacted when you sent in a ticket, you haven't provided a response so they can't follow up on the claim you made.
    They've asked if you could send them the following :
    1. Your grade displayed on the website
    2. Grade you believe you qualified for
    3. List of items you've claimed on the website
    4. List of additional items you want to claim but cannot due to the difference in grade.

    Your information is incorrect.  I checked my account email before I wrote that post, and again just now.  No mail from Papaya. No contact from GMs.  And yes I checked junk mail folder as well.

    The ticket was sent under my real account, not my forum account which is why I included my ign when I eventually posted here after no response from them via using my account.

    Tabii

    1.  Grade displayed on website B
    2.  Grade qualified for A+
    3.  Items claimed (A, B, C, F)
    4.  Items earned but unable to claim (G, I )

    It does bother me that they claim to have contacted me when I have checked multiple times and have nothing from them.

    I've also now checked my FORUM account email and nothing there from them, either.

    The remaining two prizes have now been delivered to my gift bank.
