@ GMs: Halloween ring, where to get it?

Where can a new char get Halloween ring? It used to be at Karin, now there is only option to upgrad it!

    • *COMPLETE* Weekly maintenance + bug fixes on August 2nd

    Hello Heroes, 


    Our server
    maintenance is now complete. Upon your next login, you will find a one
    week double boost on Seed of Dreams, a brand new connection time reward
    event with luring prizes, the brand new Action 19 Update Package II in
    the WebShop, as well as the following bugs fixed: 


    -Seed of dreams requirement for Helpyron Armor reduced to 100

    -Chat requirements have been adjusted (Level 10 for normal chat, level 100 for matching chat)
    -Halloween Ring removed 
    -Halloween Ring upgrade option is available - minor text fixes.
    -Dragon Knight's Basketball Costume visual bug fix.
    -Segeuriper's Basketball Costume visual bug fix.
    -Trieste Armlet / Elanin Ring Exchange options are be back at NPC Esteban.
    -NPC Shave Ice Man removed from Requies Beach

    -Minor Text Fixes:
    Forgotten Underground Temple
    Space of Pilgrimage
    Closed Dimensional Gate
    DShop item description
    Server messages

    I know that they removed Halloween Ring, but it was supposed to be temporary! I hope they plan to bring it back during Halloween event in 2 weeks time, because it is not fair to new players or newly created chars...

    Well it only makes sense that Halloween Ring should be obtainable only during Halloween Event rather than whole year and it should be removed from npc during season ends. Also it should be back really soon.
