You can do it lazio10. Stand so your body is exposed to the enemy. Then lean toward the wall or box or whatever you have for cover to hide your head.

If you can make sure you can see the enemy as close as possible to being obscured by the box or wall, but still visible, then you've got a perfect set up.

Just remember that the first person camera does not match your character's head. While your head to all other players is behind the box or wall, your own camera is positioned floating above your shoulder.

That's the trick with an invert lean.

Now, there is a bannable exploit where you can get an even better invert lean. I think it only works in one direction (leaning right) because that makes your right-handed character have their gun positioned inside the wall. And there is some lag time in updating to other players in what direction your character is facing. So if you look to your left, then straight ahead, it can make it appear that your character is looking to the left still until you start to shoot.

You may see players doing this bannable exploit. You shouldn't do it of course, but at least understanding that there is another tier higher than normal invert lean should ease the frustration.
