Is Trans up quest still available? I just just saw some one that is below New Esquire and has trans up skills already. How is that possible? I'm kinda new to the game, so please be kind. I'm just confused on how that happened?

    Theres no Rank requirement on TransUp, you only need to reach lvl 131
