warrock account's transfer

hello, i had a warrock account years ago and i uninstalled warrock month ago, since i can't even transfer my profil and all item bought with real money (i got permanent famas and some other things). I need support for this problem if it's possible i want to exchange with technical support by email to resolve this. thx
