YOU HAVE DISCONNECTED FROM THE SERVER

When i log in with username and pass it loads shortly then says [YOU HAVE DISCONNECTED FROM THE SERVER] The only way i can fix this problem is re-installing LaTale,but the problem just comes back within 20 30 mins....Can anybody help me solve this issue because i have quit playing because of this problem but i would like to keep playing.Thanks
