Famas in game permanent item

In the item shop there are 2 purchasable Famas boxes. One guarantees any Famas for the 3/5th slot and the other for the 8th slot.

Does anyone know if purchasing one of these gives you also the 5th slot or 8th slot (respectively) also permanent like in the previous days?
