Patch Server Does Not Exist

I've seen alot of of posts on this situation but yet to see any type of support of the issue, people spend money on this game, mine being hard earned. With that said I except better support an not  garbage support, so if one of you GMs would kindly get a solution, write it out in detail on what to actually do that would be great. K thanks.
