Regarding the increased upgrade rates [Dungeon Crawler part 3]

does this affect the "dynasty" weapon of the monk class , the 205 upgrade of the staff? I have no way to make sure since the upgrade chance is shown as "???" but the weapon at that level is basically dynasty so I need some clarity on this. If anyone can confirm that would help me and my plans for the game.

I believe it should. All Dynasty weapons. there is little reason for it not to.

Rule of the thumb: if you can skip Dynasty - skip it.
