I am concerned about SEA players

I heard from someone who said he wasn't able to register for Dekaron which is due block IP. Now, they might not able to transfer their UWO to Papaya because of that. So, I wonder is there anything that they might able to play English server UWO ?.

    Err I mean they might not able to transfer their OGP account to Papaya. I wish there's edit. sigh.

    Maybe now that the game is closed someone from Papaya will start to give us some answers,because many players have alot of question unsolved here.

    Yes, they do not support SEA countries due to licence issue, however there's unclear on the transfer portion.

    VPN is required to access Dekaron and it works.

    All you need is a VPN or socks5 proxy.

    Well, the different Papaya-hosted games all have different developers, so access to each game depends on the licensing rights (and thus their regional availabilities) as granted by the different developers.

    Yeah, I remember ,but for some reasons your name escaped me atm lol.

    That's good call then we can wait and see what will happen when UWO is about resume to play again.

    To Papaya Player, 

    It is important to keep a balance on player diversity, especially their time zone diversity.

    I had problems with seeing a ghost town every time I play because I live in Australia, while other SEA / EA players from the same time zone are either left or banned. I could roam in the major trade route without seeing any pirates. I prepared lots of anti-pirate countermeasure, but none was used over the period of several years.

    It almost became a trend that once it is US quiet time, the logged in player count all of sudden drops. That was because OGP put their focus only in US region.

    It is short-sighted to assume that only US players would join this game and pay. There are lots of rich Asia Pacific players who spend hundreds of dollars every month.

    Something to consider when implementing geo-blocking.

    Where is the Papaya server located?

    I live in thailand and the transfer was no problem, but will wait and see if i can log in when the time comes.
