IP blocked

Just tried Dekaron on Papaya play and I have an IP blocked error message.

Checked out the Transfer service for Dekaron and it mention there's no support for SEA countries due to license rights.

Hopefully it does not affect UWO on papaya play.

Last time I checked, all the Papaya hosted games have different developers, so it depends on the licensing rights for different games.
