I have accounts to change over .   The Email names are the same except one is @Hotmail.com  and the other is @Outlook.com.  When the accounts were created these were separate now hotmail has merged with outlook.and was changed from Hotmail to outlook.   I signed up with the outlook address, and then was denied on the hotmail one

The question is,, does the transfer require account name, PW And Email from the old account or can I change the Email and squeak by?  Posted in support already.  no reply so hope someone here can help.

    If you were able to email the @hotmail address and @outlook and they both receive to an inbox, you're good my friend.

    I mail hotmail or outlook and they BOTH go to my outlook account.  That means Papaya reads them BOTH as outlook and will not register  the hotmail, the second one I tried to register,  since outlook already has an account;

    yesterday no transfer due to E-mail snafu, today none on my third account due to name too short.  Looks like I am either out 150 FS parts or 5.4 billion.. anyone ever gotten a reply from Support?  just wondering how long it takes on average, if at all. Hate to sound a little testy, but why would I not be?

    Uhh... I don't remember receiving any e-mails from Papaya about account transfer details yet even to this night.  So, would you care to show me the actual email messages proving  and detailing the account transfers over to Papaya Play?  I otherwise don't follow you.

    we have not even been given migration instructions so how can you migrate accounts?

    well, being that ogp gave us little time to do anything before they shut down the ability to get a ticket filled, many of us cannot update our emails.  I would hope this would not pose a probem in the migration of the toons if you know the old address that is no loger accessable as well.
