There is something awfully wrong with this support.

Dear papaya

Since the new company took over i believed that my accounts will be more secure than at the former companies.
I believed that untill a few days ago when my friend got his account hacked and everything he worked so many days for just vanished.

You looked into the case and you said that there was no external ip address found on his account, which would make the "case of an account sharing" inplausable, this itself proves the fact that he got hacked.

What bums me up is the fact that people invest so much time, energy and money into this game untill one day this can happen to ANYONE of you. And you'll wake up with an empty account and 0 support whatsoever.

I can't say anything else except the fact that this is very dissappointing and I am scared that one day that might happed with my own account. 

Can you (Papaya Team) assure me that my account or anyother account is away from such a danger?
Can you provide a useful solution to such a problem or at least some support and actual COMPENSATION for those in such cases?

Indeed if that would be the case there will be people that will act as if they were hacked just to get some free gears, however is your company ruled by minors not to be able to detect a true case of a hacked account and just a cheap scamm?

I do not feel safe under your company and I have no reason whatsoever to invest time and money knowing it can go puff like that just cuz some 14 year old hacked into your database or is using a login programm that logs him on random accounts.

I await some feedback on this matter and not SOOOON because this is a serious matter that should be treated with more interest than anything else in game.
Screw the goldboxes and p2w events and at least focus on making it safe to play.

Oh and congrats on making the 17x and 18x sets completly useless ... Helpyron gears and their set effect just broke the game, nobody can sell their 17x and 18x anymore cuz anything besides the helpy gears is useless.
I recommand adding a set effect on each set, 17x 18x ilipia, not as op as helpy but something decent to make people not NPC their current set because of their uselessness.

We the players await some actual feedback on these matter.

    Ask you friend if he plays private server and have provided one of 3 things:

    1) Shared E-mail as for global Dekaron ( if that included rest is easy to obtain)
    2) Same or simalar ID
    3) Same pass or simalar pass

    From what i know people who have made their private servers, they just need one of those 3 things, best E-mail, and they do steal everything on main server you have obtained and sell those items. At first i didn't bealive but since those servers are illegal in 1st place, there is no saying what they can do once fools provide simalar or same info as on official server.

    If server was unsecure and Papaya had security breach, like it happened at early days in NEXON or GH then there would be mass account hacked issue and pretty much nearly half of the server would be affected.
