General Discussion
Anyone else trying to get support.  I posted Friday and Saturday (3 and 2) days ago about glitches on not being able to transfer accounts. 

Instant reply that they were received.  Just used the reply function on the email notice of them receiving a message on Friday that asked   what is up and if there was a problem I was not aware of.. Going for the hat trick here i think!

any input from players, or a shamed Papaya staffer would be very kindly received.

Also no messages on the papaya account.

     What do you mean by "transfer account"? Do you mean transferring your UWO account from OGP to Papaya Play? I did not know we even have that option.

    right wrong nomenclature by me.  I mean opening a Papaya count with UWO account name and email so that it WILL BE transferred.  basically, like all of you here, one needs that account to transfer data later... maybe transferred, who knows?.  Well that has never been stated, just assumed by me. Hell who knows what these accounts will be actually?  Papaya has not said a word except for date when something is to happen. Basically

    Soon seems to be a loose interpretation, Transfer Service does not really mean anything.  Relaunch.. Hope that means what it should mean.. Does not say altered relaunch by the way. To me relaunch means a new release of the same old thing, not an "improved relaunch"

    And you young things stop calling me a Millennial.. that's a rude thing for an old dude!  And as for want it now.. Is not 3 days waiting for support not being patient?

    pretty advanced word for an "old dude", that said you can't have glitches on a transfer which hasn't started for a game that is not online, doubts sure but glitches has a completely different meaning.

    also, no 3 days is not much when its a whole 15 days before server launch, i imagine they have at most a skeleton crew right now since they don't need support for a service not yet started.

    1) they already set up a menu system for character transfer (to a dead end), but would not have bothered if it was not going to happen.

    2) One 3rd part interview news site is has articled that the game will not reset.

    3) Papaya has advertised everywhere that their launch will highlight the new chapter "The Age of Reason".  If the server was being reset... this chapter would be meaningless since the content is far beyond a beginning players reach.

    It is clear that we are in good shape overall.  It is weird that Papaya has chosen to do a blackout period of no announcements... but maybe its for legal reasons.  Anyway... I hope they get their cash shop up and running before La Tale does, since UWO without cash shop is paralyzed... and im sure they want our money.  See ya all soon.

    let me try this very simple.  I can not get a Papaya account started  with  the account name/email that are two  of my UWO accounts.  I know what a glitch is.   would say not allowing account names with less than 6 letters when it is allowed in past accounts is a malfunction in a plan.  If not that then Papaya not recognizing the difference between Hotmail.com accounts and outlook.com accounts is one also. Of course the transfer has not has a glitch .yet, since it has not happened.  Just can not even open an account, and get no help from support.. frustration to say the least.

    ok that makes more sense, the naming convention being different is not surprising since they already had their own site before they bough UWO, that i regret to inform you is unlikely to be fixed.

    if there is a menu somewhere is somewhere i haven't been to that however is a good sign for us all, and i recommend patience.

    last and the only real issue the accounts being mixed does sound like a bug perhaps they are using the SMPT address as key inside which would make em both go to the same account, i would however suggest you access directly to support for papaya accounts instead of linking your request to UWO

    contact support.. that's what this started off about.  Nonsupporting support. do believe 3 days is time to at least say "looking into it"  or something like that.  If you do not have support for UWO then why have UWO as one of the games listed in the support list?  And  Young things.  Unless you voted for Nixon then i consider you at least youthful.

    I haven't been able to post in te forum till now m posts were blocked by moderation for no reason at all.And I miss the old OGP forum format. This server needs to adopt it it was more indepth.

    This - this is what drove me to create an account, all the other asinine BS has merely annoyed me but bringing up Nixon when you clearly have no grasp of the English language? Balderdash my good sir, balderdash.
