Magic Acc & TDD can't be done, when Phy can!?

How come some items such as Gloves or red Gems don't support Magic Acc or TTD but it does support phy acc and TTD?

    use to be on top id remove this but i don't think they give you that option

    @RPGkid1985  Too bad there are no cat-eared characters with different-colored eyes in Uncharted Waters Online afai know.

    Then opens up the treasure chest found on the treasure map where X marks the spot, and inside that treasure chest is one... lousy... letter... X. :D
