So whats with the art contest?

It seems like it hasnt been updated for nearly a week now.  I personally submitted a piece of art last Thursday and its still not in the archive.    I know others MUST have submitted too, theres a lot of talent in the La Tale community. 

I hope they didnt abandon it so quickly.

    So I'm guessing my art was rejected for IDK why.   I filled out the form like it asked,  is there anyone here that knows exactly what to do?

    Add the IGN of your main character and everyone in the art.

    I did add my IGN, but the submission page is so terribly vague I dont know exactly what they want. 

    So, here is the submission page, what exactly do I put where?   Where it asks for my name is that my real name or my IGN?  Email is obvious.  So is the choose a photo tab.  Now, as for the Caption, is there anything else I need to add there?  If so its NOT optional.

    Okay so 3rd times the charm. 

    in
    the Caption portion of the form make sure you have the title of your
    work, your IGN, and a short blurb about the piece. That section says
    "optional" but its not.  I did this and got accepted right away.  

    They need to work on this big time.
