    That's because you sink 3 fleets of bandits with one shot. They can be found from Montpelier to Genoa even though they sometime will show up nearby Pisa.

    Amsterdam is also good  place for BR ,but you will need 1st aid kits or surgery since North Sea Merchant Fleets use grape shot while has higher durability that need few shots to sink.

    Lisbon, London, Seville, and Venice have lack of 3 NPC fleets.

    You mean 3 ships per battle? Then Stockholm would be good also they have many 3 ship fleets in the Baltic and they were decent XP for lvl 20 maritime

    Port permit unlock is easy.  

    Oh yes, it should be easy to unlock all permits then start IQs by complete BR (sink/melee 200 ships and beat 4 bosses) that will net you around 30k with 50% fame boost from school. Marseilles is the best place to do BR because there are many 3 fleets of bandits with barcas lol.

    What is that fastest way to gaining Spice Trader profession?

    I suggest you to get Accountant asap then do trading around Caribbean or Bordeaux if you have handicrafts. When your Alcohol reaches r3 then buy Perfume skill @Calicut. Then grind perfume skill between Aden and Goa because both have 2 fragrance trade goods. You can buy spice trading @Calicut after your perfume skill reaches r3.

    You can invest around 320k @Saotome to unlock Pearl accessories (spice trading +2) that's way you can take Spice Trader quest while you're at r3+2. IMO, you should grind spice trading between Palma and Ceuta (needs to invest 320k to unlock 2 spice trade goods). However, Algiers might be better choice than Ceuta because it has Mustard and Sesame seeds.

    Of course, you can try to grind spice trading between Ambon and Ternate ,but you better not get caught by nasty pirates. :) Then good luck with that.

    Come to think that I realize there are many jobs and quests won't available till we're redeveloping Capital of SA, Lima, SEA, and others. Alchemist requires 5 pre quests including r13 appraisal to unlock 2 chain quests to get Alchemist card. SMH.

    you do know that when doing the BR's any ships in that sea count. even the small 1shot barca's. This works for all BR's
