I just want to thank papaya for doing what was needed. I have a r 20 7 nation sber many many maxed skills a nc cargo fleet that carrys 6k and runs nanban in 45 min each way , and i gladly give all that up for world pvp return . Returning this game to what it was intended to be . i didnt create my fleet to run nanban countless hours to become the richest in the game ....i did it to fund piracy  my choice in playing , but ogp robbed myself and many others of that choice. players that dont want to be pirated always had the choice of remaining in safe waters...thank you thank you thank you for returning the game to its former glory :D
