Bann every account

I don't know but i got banned... (while i was playing for hack for EAC, impossible, was 1st game of day)
That's not all, all account i create ( already 2 account ) after 1 game i got bann.
I sent tiket to Papaya and EAC but they don't read, for they i have hacked, so they don't read any messege.
