How come some items such as Gloves or red Gems don't support Magic Acc or TTD but it does support phy acc and TTD?

Not the red gem I want red mtdd gem too, and the Magic acc option on gloves does not exist only the dual one dose and that only a thing on 209+

@RPGkid1985 They made everything on Palace armor because it's more expensive gear. If they made the enchants more ambidextrous, that way both physical and magical classes can use it. So while it may say "Dual Accuracy". It does still have magical accuracy in the mix. They are no longer singular like previous armors made them. As for the gems, You can not put magical defense penetration on Red Gems. You can, however, put Elemental Intensity and magical static damage on Red Gems. Red gems are meant for more physical users, and blue is meant for more magical users. Aside from that, Red gems have a magical elemental intensity and static damage stat, because they are more offensive based gems as well. Whilst blue gems are more defensive and also have physical and magical evasion and static defense.

you can get more magic accuracy on glasses and weapon than you can physical. also magical accuracy isn't needed as much.
you can't get magical defence decrease on red gems because you get it on blue gems
