My questions to papyaplay

Hello Papaya, 
Just wanted to touch base with a few items that the company has posted, why will you continue with the launch of more content the player base will not be able to access due to a complete server wipe that you first blamed on OG planet then reposted that a wipe was needed to revamp and rebalance the game? 
What will be given out in the legacy chests for compensation for players 7+ years of time spent in game and upwards of hundreds of dollars spent by most that was lost in the server wipe? 
How do you plan on getting the player base to continue to soend money on game if they are unsure of its future now that you have wiped the servers clean.

Just wanted some insight on your thoughts and wondering if anyone at support reads the forum posts or are those falling on deff ears. Also a complete wipe of server data will extremely hinder growth of any support to papaya play since members will not be playing in emd game but focusing on getting the development in game back to where it was.

Hope you chose to listen to some verterans of the game from GAMA since these issues are actually very real and all that was needed was recoding. Not a complete wipe of the servers.
