not starting over again

General Discussion
I`m not going to send 1 dime or any more time on this game if I have to start over again , if all of you ppl want to start over again form nothing that's your right , but I`m done if that happens. I worked hard to get my main toon to 40/66/60 and alt 42/60/58 and if I can`t trans my toons and have to start over I`m done

    Your toons(Whatever are this) are an damsel in distress, and she have been kidnaped by an evil man with an black cape, tall hat, and an long twirling stache, his name is OGP.
    OGP twirl his hands and cackle then tie your damsel in an railroad.

    Not only the train but also two guys(following the train) in a motorbike have run over your damsel

    tl;dr Papaya and you can't do anything

    where do you get the leagcy account ? I dont think you even can get a leagcy account reward now I was searching to transfer the account it didnt work
