Rising strenght special item set

HI today I yolo made enchanted dualstat special ogre badge +4,dynasty 3rd+8 and lab book enchanted +4... I was wondering what stats should I resign on them and are they even better then rising str suff... didnt get chance to test them since yolo made them while still on prime...

What is the best 2 stats to have.. I got elygain 14% on my non dps bunch so when I farm ill use those but I mea like for battle... I have static + elementsl resistance on them but maybe I should do str+ static... idk if its worth the defence tho since its 100 ish str and static per item... but 500+60 ish elemental and static defence...

Also whats the best special item setup now for bm... I mean isnt phuenx still better then hiden cave for the attack range?
