Well well, this Forum is getting bedraggled quiet a lot...

It is a good sign! It mean you ppl are nervous to get started asap on the new server... so am I of cource!
While I have to wait for the day I can set sail in my grant new Barca again, I am spending lots of time following endless discussions on this forum. Many of them are just a repeat of what was discussed in 1k topics before. Once more a proof you guys are really excited to start playing UWO soon... again so am I :D

On the other hand, I see a lot of post incoming from the less experienced players among us. Some of them are really willing to help the vets to unlock ports and so on...

Wouldn't it be handy for them, and for us as well to list up all sources of information available on the internet so far? There might even be usefull links even u didn't know about, I'm sure about that!

So let me start with a first few:
Wiki UWO

Well, hoping you'll do the rest ;)

btw: any tips on grinding unlock?

Yours,
 Flo!

To grind Unlock, do quests and treasure maps that require Unlock.  Shipwrecks are great for this too.

One thing we old-timers didn't have to grind on at low levels was Oxford theses.  This should make getting EXP and fame much faster the second time around.

Psst hey Flo your links are showing... =^.^=

Also you can grind unlock on dungeon traps for lower levels and after r5 you can farm art quest from France that requires unlock

Only 6 of my many posts actually showed up in the forum so this may not ... if it does, here's a link to a website that has all the Grand Atlas stuff (it's actually ahead of our version.) Very useful for quests the other websites haven't added yet, especially adventure.

If it shows up and doesn't translate, the website is:

    http://gvo.gamedb.info/wiki/

just translate with Google or Bing or ?.....then save as favorite and it should work normal after that, even if it's sometimes hard to read the translations.

(if it's listed in the links already provided.................oops.)
