Mid-Autumn Festival reward bug

When you exchange 25 Mid-Autumn Festival Tokens you are supposed to get "New Seed of Dreams Random Box (10EA)" but you get only 1 box. Papaya, please fix this urgently and compensate those who already took the bugged box. image

    Staff has confirmed this issue. Compensation will most likely be given out during maintenance.

    Still that bug exist. Today did exchange for New seed of dreams 10x pack and still got one pack.

    They will "solve" the problem by removing the event altogether next maintenance, since they announced Halloween event... So, no fixing, no compensation, nothing... wtf am I going to do with those tokens? Runes are bugged also, I dont need anything else, lame, so lame....
