Papaya play doesn't even have stores in place yet for others games they already have open. this could be an issue for a few months of no actual store to spend UWC on.... not sure how they expect to make money with no stores open ... doesn't seem like the best strategy
honesly, my first item i plan to purchase if those consumables are all still there, and since i mention it, i know others will too. even if it takes like $30 worth, is the perma +3 skill consumable :D maybe we get lucky and Wanderer's wear is in there :D
It's now UWC since Astros was belong to dead OGP. Oh btw, I feel bad for Hylas because he was forced to use up 2700 on astro items mostly LSS then he probaly found out that Papaya chose to reset UWO. :(
As for me, I think about spend on personal ie +3 skills, +5 captain's bag, and +5 binder then probably get more NPC and SSIPs. Or I probably will roll dice so that I can hope I get NC ships ,but I prefer to wait and see what kind of shop will Papaya offer ?.

In the last days i sold him alot of SSIP s and NPC s...than i bought from him a great ship (modified special frigate) with max improv 8/8...so he bought that items for nothing and i used that ship for maybe a week...
For the way I intend to play my biggest problem is going to be getting about quickly. School ships are soooo slow. So I'll get a ship if I can - a basic small clipper will be fine (provided they lower the stats for sailing it) - or some improved sails.
that grad samburk can sail seville to cali in 30 minutes once u can use the EA skill, and now since we can do fusion, school ship won't be that bad. Also don't forget even thou the grad ships come 1/2 for mods. once colony upgraded, it can go 4/4
serious question how long until we have peeps that can do fusion and mods. i think people will grow out of the school ships before we get a sb to do these things
Fusion ranks are not the same as to build a ship. The rank to build a ship can be 5 levels below the ship requirement, but at a likelihood of many fails. fusion rank requirements change as the ship is improved by ranks or skills. and they are absolute limits, if a fusion needs R12, an R11 cannot even try.
