HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE

Hello everyone, i am level 133 and i have friend who is level 135. when i try to join coloseum i enter waiting list

but when my friend tries to enter the coloseum, he gets message

we always played together, not sure what can be wrong here :(

Omg, pictures never work, i am level 133 and i can join coloseum and my friend who is level 135 can't. why?
