Hey guys - finally received an answer to my open support ticket on my Steam account being transferred over to PP, they gave me a form to fill out with information regarding my Steam username, email, PP username and email along with all relevant character information/combined levels, so I am hoping this will speed up my Steam account being transferred over with Founder rewards.

If you haven't opened a ticket, I would highly recommend you do this now and hopefully they get to your ticket quickly.

    That I did not ask, I was just given an apology for the delay due to ticket backlogs and the form to fill out where they asked for my combined levels on my character, so I am assuming they will take that and compare the data I'm assuming they still have for the Tiered rewards.

    I did confirm it...I would NOT post it here if it were not. I had the same question when I saw it posted by a player on Steam and confirmed it with PapayaPlay.

    The Doc I filled out, the same one that Walker just posted does not ask for anything personal, just your userID for both Steam and PP, email address used for both accounts, along with your character name/country/combined lvls and surprisingly at the very end asked to list all your items/ships etc. That I did not go into details as they already said everything will be lost/wiped so I just said I had several items/ships from Astro store plus my ducats amount on hand before game close.

    Hey I got problem with that because I can't remember when I did create my toon for steam. Worst yet, Steam removed UWO ,so there is no way for me to find out when I did install UWO. So, do you have any idea how to solve that problem ?.

    Lyonesse - I thought I had that problem too, but I simply looked in the game files for the original download date and went with that.

    Right click on the game title in your library - properties - Local Files - Browse Local Files and look for the oldest date you see and that should be your download and presumably creation date.

    I just wrote that I didn't keep track of when I started playing or what date I created a particular character on, in the items/ships field. I can't imagine it's going to matter.

    I filled in everything except the last part where it asked what ships/items I had, since like you said I figured with the wipe, what did it matter. I just put I had several items/ships from the Astro store, plus the amount of ducats I had on hand when game shut down.

    Same here because there is no way for me to remember all items that I had since my inventory usually was full plus storage/vault/captain's bags/binder's bag. However, I do remember that I had 5 ships included Modified Mae Nippon and Custom Trading Clipper. If not for Steam's track record, I'd be SOL big time. 

    I hate someone suddenly asked me when did I create account, game, blah ,but I never tracked dates for those. I somehow survived this and Runescape because of Steam's track record and files.

    Thus forums are very messy. Me and others from Steam have failed  to comment and start discussions in the subject for several days now.
    What I want to say here is that there also exists another way to migrate from Steam.
    Do you remember the first time you logged in to UWO from Steam? That first time you was asked to create an OGP account. The Username and Password you used for that account is what you need now for the transfer. I was lucky to remember that and my transfer went  smoothly :)

    Did the site accept your steam OGP credentials?  It did mine.  Every time I tried to use them on the OGP site it said it was a steam only account, but I figured that should still be transferrable.

    Shame that Steam can't be better integrated into these companies' plans for the game.  Papaya isn't alone in this regard, as Steam users were second-class citizens on OGP also.
