Time for Relaunch on 10/18

Hi Everyone:

Good morning! Does anyone know what time on the 18th, the relaunch will happen? I am looking to use a few of my Personal Days from work, after the relaunch, to grind my ton's skills back. I see the relaunch is taking place 10/18, but cannot find a specific time..

Does anyone know on what exact time on the 18th, the relaunch will happen?

I don't want to waste a Personal Day on the 18th, if the relaunch isn't until the evening.

Any info is much appreciated.
