starting nations and benefits

is there any guide about each nation and their starting guide? I am not new but its been long since I played and would like to start again but bit better... I dont want to start at somewere I dont like its benefits or their starting style so if you can I would be very happy :) Any guide I can use? Or can you write special product of each nation?
