Argating rates on helpy

Fix the rates,  I spent 100+ condensed silvers and more cond coppers and the damn thing hadnt even  gone to +6  once.

    Lol i fell your Pain.. These people Dont seem to get the fact its a Friken Video Game and should not be so frustrating and annoying...... God for bid the community could be happier

    Hundred?? I spent 600+ and still didnt went +6, best was +5. Then shortly after made +7 and boom with talis that i got from pvp tournament went to +4 and here i am xD.
