neon m4a1 + 30 days prem problem!

hello everybody,

i spend in total 4018 wrc now and i cant recive my neon m4a1 + 30 days prem. 
i spend 2k in september and i did recive my k1 flower + fast reload without any problem.
but today i spend another 2k wrc but it wond load that i spend another 2k today. does anybody has the same problem as me ? (the 18 wrc was a leftover from a day befor the blitzkreich event. 

if anybody can help me i whould be very happy :D ty everybody greetings ~ hazenjager
