I just got this customer service survey email from Papaya.

    I sent in a request ticket around the time the forums became available. A few days ago I finally got a response followed by that survey the next day. I replied with some feedback. They sent me the exact same survey for the same ticket the next day. idk?

    It's obviously computer generated mail. There isn't a real person behind it who is actually interested in the answer.

    Giving a neg response just upsets a computer who never hurt anybody :))

    Thanks for your request for input.
    If I only have two choices, the answer is bad.
    This is not actually  what I want to say, but it is the closer to the correct answer than good.  
    You cannot be unsatisfied with something that you did not pay for. I did not pay 
    for anything.
    if "customer service" is the free flow of information to the UWO player base,
    I think that I speak for a large portion of the players from UWO, when I say that
    they are generally dissatisfied with the customer service/flow of information.

    Since no reason for the transfer was given... 
    Once Papaya announced that the old OGP equipment and skills would not be restored, 
    a portion of the server population transferred their anger from OGP
    to Papaya, because Papaya had the choice of what do next in their control.
    -------------------
    Papaya would have done well to let OGP close suddenly and stay closed for 2-3 days before coming online buying OGP's forums and announcing  that Papay (as a saviour) had picked up the game.
    All of the anger with OGP would have stayed with OGP and Papaya would be the Hero because A reset is better than no game.

    I don't want to rehash all those issues about the wipe. I've accepted it and moved on.

    Yep you are right about the real problem being information flow. Most anger gets diffused when you talk to people.

    My ticket was about Steam and account transfer. I still don't know if I'll get the founders stuff, and if so when. At the very least they should have put a message on the game page telling us what to do, and providing the link to the application.

    Perhaps they're just a small team and they've got too much to do.

    That actually might be close to the truth from what I have seen posted lately. I have heard (seen posts) that there was a breakdown in the negotiations between OGP and Papaya on the transfer, and Papaya had to go directly to KOEI to get the game, and that has something to to do with why character data is not able to be transferred. That may not be correct, but I heard it on the internet so let's at least check into it.

    This is totally incorrect, because we are not receiven charity, neither is a non profit service.
    Right now we are all potential costumers, and specially everyone that used astro or nc service before paid for our stuff. So keep us unsatiesfied is killing the chicken that gives their golden eggs.
