So who is taking the day off on the 18th to game all day?

I’m so tempted, but I go on holiday in 2 weeks and need to work to get as much money as poss :/

I know if I don’t take the day off I won’t get much time to play at all until maybe the weekend and everyone will have zoomed ahead.

I know it’s not a race or competition but I also don’t want to get left behind :D

    helloall i will be on holiday on the 18th, but will have my laptop ready but we dont know what time the restart is or on what time line as in gmt+1, hope to see you on the water soon

    I wonder what time the game clock will be set at? In the past it was West coast of USA I think - is that right? So for me in UK the new day was always starting in the afternoon.

    I am gonna be busy that afternoon :(( won't get on until the evening.

    I've put a gag order on the wife, purchased a few catheters, pre-prepared all my meals for the day and commandeered one of the kiddos as my first mate to run back and forth for anything I might need.

    I wish I had thought of that. I took the last 2 Fridays off because I have to use some of my vacation time or lose it, but I have stuff to do at work so I don't want to miss too much time. I'll have to think about that.

    Self-employed, so my boss lets me take time off whenever he feels like taking it.  Semi-retired, too, so not much work pressure to deal with.
    Barring that natural expression of villainy which we all have, the man looked honest enough.

    I'm retired, and the kids should be back in Napa with their mom by then, so I'll be there.

    I think I will play little because I get feeling it will be too late for me to play on 18th because of PST.

    Hi Kitty, is Lugu still trouble to post or start topic ?. Leonora has same problem like I mean I noticed her profile that has 0 posts but has many posts by checked comments err should be post history or something like that. This may be why she has to wait for her posts to get approved over and over again. I think this might be same problem for Roibers and other players as well. No wonder players picked not help for related to that problem.


    Leonora chose not to post anymore because she got tired of approve thing which i feel it will be same thing for Lugu and others.

    @LyonesseJoseph Yes, Lug still has to get his posts approved. It frustrates him that I can post immediately, and he can't post hardly at all.

    Depending on the time of the relaunch, I will be taking the 18th off. I already have scheduled the 19/20 off. Just waiting to see the relaunch time for the 18th to decide whether its worth burning the day over, or just leaving a few hours early instead. Would be nice to know sooner than later. It is only 4 days away...

    Haha luckily I own my own business, so no way I'm working. I have one day of work I really should do next week, but I will try to do on Monday or Tuesday. #9/20

    In the announcement it says Oct 18th (PDT) which is Pacific Time USA. Maybe that means 12:01 am PDT which is 3am eastern time USA which in turn would be what? 8am GMT. If that is the time table than I living in EDT USA will be getting up early Wednesday morning just like I am 7 years old again and it's christmas morning. lolol

    You NEVER take the day of a launch off when a game is starting for the first time with a new company. That first day is going to be fubar. 

    However, you ALWAYS take the 2nd day off, that way you can play after they work out whatever kept crashing the game the first day.

    Considering that I've been in the middle of a move across the state and just finished yesterday?  Damn right I'm going to be going in full tilt on the 18th.

    Am on Duty 18th was thinking of taking a day off but that would mean me losing quite a lot of money for a days wage. Since I have decided not to spend a cent on Papaya until they have proved themselves worthy of my earned cash taking a day off and losing a days wage would be silly.
