Founders Reward for Skills and Finesse Rank

Many of us who played Uncharted Waters Online know that Character Levels are often less important than Skill Ranks and Finesse Ranks.  Much of our time spent in the game was spent ranking our skills ( let us not forget resetting our skills to Rank 1 through the refinement function).

I find that the Founders rewards do not compensate players in any way for such accomplishments of high Skill Ranks and Finesse Ranks.
