Portuguese companies/players?

General Discussion
I have been checking in on the forums for the last week. Good info from experienced players. I started when UWO first came to NA, then quit and restarted again recently before the reset. I'm not going to lose much but i am pretty familiar with the game world, so I am looking forward to starting fresh (and sympathetic to those who put lots of time in and are losing substantial characters/items--sorry!).

I have had a tendency to start in Lisbon because mainly everyone seems to start in Seville. Any chance i can meet some cool players and join a good comp from starting as Portuguese--names might be helpful? Thanks, look forward to seeing everyone in game in a few days!

    Forum posting rules are odd. I see ppl posting forum posts up to the minute. But mine take a half hour or more to appear? Strange. Thaanks, happy sailing!

    OMG! I started a thread for Portugal players but of course as of now it hasn't appeared yet! I'm so glad to see someone else willing to start with Portugal! So far, I see more French options than Portuguese!

    Might restart in UWO in in-game Portugal like before, and might apply to Catch22/CatchXXII 

    (P.S.: StarKingdom company's director has been mostly inactive due to his having to be in Singaporean conscripted military as required by Singaporean law since he, afai know, lives in Singapore.)

    I also wonder which of you all would be the first shipbuilders to build a 'San Gabriel' ship &/or a 'Santa Maria' ship with 'Reference Room' ship skill on it :)

    Oh that I believe that the badge was reason why you have to wait for your post to get approved over and over again. This is same problem for Leonora, Lugubrois, and others. Thanks to Irahaigin who started to notice that he didn't get badge after he posted several time.

    I plan to create a Portuguese toon for various of reasons while sber is reason why I want to build San Gabriel.

    Wow, good to know I'll have such good Portuguese players to team up with! I'll have to start a necessary skill.

    @Lyonesse Thanks for the info. Today it seems all my posts are up, but knowing why they got delayed makes it sensible.

    @BlueLily Yes, I had seen so many about starting with France. I had started thinking France might be my only Seville alternative, which (no offence) i really wasn't looking forward to. I look forward to meeting you in Lisbon on the relaunch.

    Well, I'm assuming there's a lot more than just us that have posted so far. There's still all the other players that haven't posted but are planning on starting with Portugal.

    BlueLily  there are a lot of players and Companies planning on starting in Portugal when relaunch goes live. Quite a few of us have stayed in contact with each other using Discord voice chat and text while UWO has been in the transfer process.
