    this link seemed to have helped others, on some web browsers the drop down menu doesnt appear on some pages.

    I see you can buy UWC's already under the Charge tab, not sure if that was there for awhile now or today, I just checked a few seconds ago and never really looked before.

     I can get cable here, but Charter has a very poor reputation. Down time is pretty high and repair skills are mediocre. I have an internet business so I cannot afford to have the down time.
