I think Roiber said this in another thread, I didn't want it to be lost.  I think it's a great idea.

Buy 24 hour License to Pirate the same way you can buy 24 hours Blue Flag.  This license is trade-able just like the blue flag, so it is also available to non-cash players.

My thinking is this:  If you buy this, there are no restriction as to what you can/cannot plunder.

This is a good way to increase cash flow for PP.  I just thought it was an out of the box thinking.
