Can’t seem to download.

I click on the little ship shortcut (downloaded per download) then I gave the option to launch game.
Like usual the box opens where all the updates can take place then I get this message.
“No response was received. Either the line is congested or the server was interrupted.”
Anyway managed to solve this?

I’ve jusg woken up 6:30am here and there is now so many posts on forum I’ve not managed to look through them all.
