Installer Downloading Game Files Is Too Slow

I just downloaded the installer and it now downloading game files (2.37 GB) but it is downloading at 60 kb/sec max .. but the OGP launcher downloaded the old UWO at 180-200 kb/sec .. So i was wondering is there anyone else who is expriencing that issue .

P.S traffic is at it's best state since it's 6 AM here and everyone is sleeping and usually i download files with idm at 300 kb/sec at this time , i know that a game launcher wouldn't be as fast as IDM but it is so damn slow

    It took me about 35 minutes to complete then installed it.

    I think it might be your internet connection, mine took about 2 1/2 minutes with google fiber.
