So finally the day is here, but still no answers  as to what or how things will change. lack of information is disappointing at best. lack of GM communication is frustrating.

    i downloaded the files from the site, but shouldn't there be a launcher as well? otherwise how can you log an alt

    Compared to the multi-gigabye game client, the launcher will be a featherweight in comparison.  I'm more concerned about congestion when everyone tries to log in at once.

    downloading the game from scratch  as it seems we are back to post beta version atm  1.0   i think we were ended with 7.1???    could take an hour or more depending on your internet to get all patches and update installed.    11.5 hours remain    hope is on the horizon

    It's also possible that Papayaplay just renumbered the versions for their own convenience.

    I still have the ogp files, just moved them to somewhere safe.  The UWO folder inside ogp is 8.04g,  the UWO folder inside papaya is 2.37g  seems we have about 6.6g still to DL  so about 3x longer DL than what we've done so far if i'm correct

    I think its going to be less due to the wipe and starting fresh, I am sure over time we will have more added with updates, but I could be wrong as well.
