Cannot get a file version.ini

Yesterday, I downloader WarRock, I installed the client but when I open the game, it shows that the game can't get a file version.ini. I've already tried to uninstall and install again but still it's not working. Any solution please ? And when I tried to install EasyAntiCheat I get I/O Error. This is the pic. Any solution would be appriciated thanks.

    The issue has already been addressed and fixed, servers are back up and you can log in again.
