Starting the game.....anyone have the same problem as I have

As Always....i get the "confirming latest version" checkbox...no problem there.

It doesnt search tho....

I get "no response was received". "Either the line is congested or the server was interrupted". Continue to wait for response? "YES" or "NO".

When i press yes....minutes later i get:  

Could not connect due to server congestion.

Anyone have the same problem or is this just me...been trying bout 3 hours now...
