Are there updates for transfering Facebook accounts?

I have been in contact with support for almost 2 weeks to get my account transfered. But since Papaya doesnt provide a facebook connection, how am I ever going to transfer my account??? I filled in the form with all required answeres for as far as I could remember all information requested, but never got any reply to it anymore. I understand they are busy getting the launching part done, but for me there is nothing to launch if I cant even transfer my account. How are all others with same issue doing?? Did you ever get a reply with a solution to it?
