Question about transfert

hello in there,

it's been a lon gtime since I came back to play this game and see that they changed for a new launcher.

I've made the ID transfer from OGP to Papaya but I don't find my char in the chararcter selection.

Is it possible to lose the entire char or did I forgot a step to do in the ID transfert ?

    They do not transfer character or Item data from accounts. instead they give you a "Founder" reward that gives a set reward for what your level was. However.


    I HAVE NOT GOT MINE YET!

    So I am a little pissed off. I have transferred my account, and nothing.

    Anyway, doing the thing for the so called "Support" cause I am still waiting on them.
